Ordering InformationHow to Order Orders can be placed via phone during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Central time (U.S.). Or you may place On-Line orders 24 hours a day 365 days a year! Normally, shipments will be made within 1-2 business days.
All freight charges are F.O.B. San Pedro, Mexico; Cancun, Mexico; Laredo, TX; Machesney Park, IL; Brooksville, FL; Northridge, CA; Center Valley, PA; or factory. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.

Payment Terms We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No shipments are sent C.O.D. Net cash upon receipt of invoice to approved accounts. Any invoice past 30 days will delay future shipment. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Billing Minimum invoice amount is $25.00. Orders that do not reach the minimum dollar amount are subject to a $10.00 service charge, which will be added to each invoice.
Damaged Goods All merchandise should be carefully checked against the packing slip. Any damage or loss sustained in shipment should be reported immediately to the delivery carrier.
DO NOT SIGN for shipment until you are satisfied there are no apparent damages. If damage is apparent, note the damage on the freight bill before signing and file claim directly to the carrier within five days. If there is concealed damage, notify the carrier immediately. Be sure to save the shipping cartons until a final inspection is made.
Returns Authorization is required for any merchandise return. Call us us for a return authorization number, describe the items being returned and the reason. Customers are responsible for freight both ways unless the cause for the return is Micro Matic or vendor error. All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($35.00 minimum charge). Freight must be prepaid on all return shipment.
Special Orders Custom made, or manufactured to order, products cannot be returned for credit unless it is a Micro Matic or vendor error.
Warranty All products carry a full warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of sales. Defective parts, subject to our inspection, will be replaced or repaired during the warranty period on a no charge basis. All labor and/or loss of sales must be borne by the purchaser.
Order Acceptance Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Micro Matic USA, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Micro Matic USA, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $3,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our accounting department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
